Chef/Owner, Fredy Mosquera invites you to Tabblon Restaurant, his new BYOB in Drexel Hill, PA. Fredy's background includes being the Executive Chef at, Mixto Restauarant, on Pine Street, in Philadelphia. In addition, Fredy comes from a family known for producing successful, well-run, restaurants in Philadelphia, including, Tierra Colombiana, a staple in the Philadelphia culinary world for close to 20 years. Fredy is ready to make his own mark in the culinary world. He combines his Latino flavors with Mediterranean faire to create Tabblon.
